We will be shipping your orders through our partner couriers: - If within Metro Manila, via Lalamove. - If outside Metro Manila, via Gogo Express. - If international, via DHL.

For the Metro Manila area, we deliver through our partner courier Lalamove. a. We offer same day delivery every Mondays to Fridays only, from 9am to 4pm only. b. If you have placed your order on a weekend, please expect your products at your doorstep within 1-2 days.

You will be given a tracking number after you place and confirm your order via our partners: Shopify, Lazada or Shopee. Please take note of this tracking number because this will be used for follow-ups.

Yes! Through our partner courier, Gogo Express. Expect our products to be at your doorstep within 5-7 days.

Yes, we do! Lemeur is a global brand. Your orders will be shipped via DHL. If you have another preferred courier, you can always email us at lemeur.co.main@gmail.com or customercare@lemeur.co to let us know.

Yes! You can inform us ahead of time if you want to pick up your order(s) at our HQ located in Quezon City. Address: 2nd Floor, ABDC Building, 45 Sct. Rallos St, Diliman, Quezon City, 1103 Metro Manila

Yes. Our cut-off time is 3PM. Orders placed after 3PM will be shipped the next day.

As of the moment, we do not offer Free Shipping. Shipping rates will vary depending on your location and the quantity of your order. - If within Metro Manila, 80-150 php - If outside Metro Manila, 150-200 php - If International, 1,500 php

Once your order has been entered into the system, it cannot be changed or modified. Instead, simply cancel your original order by filling out the Order Cancellation Form. Once this has been done, you can order again. However, once your package has been shipped, we can no longer change/cancel your order. Please make sure all orders are correct before proceeding with payment.

We accept payments through the following channels: Paypal, Gcash/Paymaya, Online Bank Transfer, All Kinds of Credit and Debit Cards.

Yes, we have 12% VAT on every item.

All products from LEMEUR that are faulty or damaged upon receiving are eligible for FREE returns or exchanges within seven (7) days. This only covers products with factory defects. Items that have deteriorated in quality due to excessive use or customer-implicated damage cannot be repaired, returned, or exchanged. Send us an email at lemeurskincenter@gmail.com or customercare@lemeur.co within seven (7) days upon receiving your purchased items. Please include the following details in your email: Full Name: Address: Contact Number: Items to be returned should be sent to us with complete packaging including the lid, the bullet, and the box. This means it should be returned unopened and/or in original condition.

Products availed with discounts or promo codes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product only. Refund for cash method is not applicable.

The original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the returned item will be shouldered by the buyer.

You will receive your refund 30 days upon receiving the item.

Allergic reaction depends on skin types. Lemeur skincare products use active plant-based ingredients. If you have sensitive skin, gradual usage is advised.

Our product is good for combination and acne-prone skin.

For sensitive skin, patch-test and gradual usage is highly-advised.

This is proven and tested to treat acne and significantly improve skin condition.

You can use all our products as it gives impeccable results. The ingredients we use have anti-aging properties.

If you have oily skin, Lemeur Gentle Cleanser will be the best to use.
